Friday Harbor's Whale Museum has a seated stairlift rather than a wheelchair platform lift—a crucial difference for someone unable to transfer.

San Juan Islands' official tourism guide says the gift shop and selected exhibits accommodate wheelchairs. The main upstairs gallery uses a chairlift, not a wheelchair lift; loan wheelchairs and walkers are provided upstairs. Visitors unable to transfer should ask what can be seen on the entry level.
Ramps to tasting facilities
The same destination guide lists ramps to the vineyard's tasting room, bathrooms, chapel and pavilion. This is an inland option requiring appropriate transport, not a statement that the vineyard ground itself has a continuous paved circuit.
