Multi-level hilltop monument
UNESCO describes principal buildings on several levels of a steep volcanic hill. A full fortress circuit therefore needs a route assessment; do not treat a vehicle arrival as access to the Citadel. Ask the park which lower areas can be reached without steps.
Railway restriction; separate wheelchair minibus option
Azamara's railway excursion says it is unsuitable for full-time wheelchair and motorized-scooter users. An alternative is Cunard's Accessible St Kitts Highlights, which uses an accessible minibus visiting Fairview House, botanical gardens and viewpoints; its device limits must be checked separately.
Wheelchairs only within published vehicle limits
Cunard's adapted tour excludes scooters and limits wheelchairs to 180 kg combined passenger/device weight, 1,200 mm length and 700 mm width. Each adult booking includes one wheelchair place and one companion seat; extra companions require availability.
