The museum states that elevators provide access to all museum levels and the Reiman Pedestrian Bridge. Personal wheelchairs and mobility Segways are welcome, and manual chairs can be requested at admissions.

The museum lists family and gender-neutral restrooms on the Café and Entrance Levels. Audio guides run on your own mobile device; bring headphones if useful. Confirm loading at the entrance rather than relying on a remote parking route.
